Gatwick Airport Shopping Services
Gatwick Airport offers a wide variety of shops at both the North Terminal and South Terminal. Once you've gone through Passport Control, you'll find a selection of shops offering Duty Free and Tax Free shopping.
Shopping in Arrivals
International travellers arriving at Gatwick can now shop at the World Duty Free Arrivals Store, which offers a selection of goods that passengers normally only see on their departure, sold at tax free prices.
The range of items available include fragrances, cosmetics, confectionery and electrical goods. There is also a wide range of duty paid spirits, wines, champagne and beers, together with tobacco at duty paid prices.
Shopping Collection / Home Delivery Service
If you are flying within the European Union, you can take advantage of the Shop and Collect service offered at London Gatwick Airport, which allows you to buy before you fly and collect your purchases on your return.
You can take advantage of the great range of shops at the airport without having to carry your purchases with you, which is particularly handy for bulky or delicate items. Simply tell the retailer that you would like to collect your goods on your return and they will supply you with a receipt to hand in at the Shopping Collection desk in Arrivals when you return.
The service is free and available to all passengers travelling within the European Union.
If you would like to have an item delivered to a UK address, participating stores in the North Terminal offer a Home Delivery service.
You'll be asked to pay a one-off delivery charge of £5 in the first shop you buy from, allowing you to buy any number of items up to a total weight of 30kg, which can be delivered in one consignment.
Deliveries will be made in partnership with Parcelforce to any address in the UK between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday. Purchases made before 13:00 can be delivered within two days. The service is available to all passengers travelling within the European Union.
Shopping Consultants
Gatwick Airport offers Personal Shopping Consultants, available in the departure lounges and easily recognisable by their distinctive green uniforms. This service is complimentary and can be booked in advance by calling 0870 850 2825 (UK) or +44 (0)121 410 5105 (from outside the UK).
